Anantapur: Aadhaar card is made compulsory for any registration in registration department from Monday. No registration would be allowed without producing Aadhaar number (UID) at all registration offices.
But, Aadhaar numbers of people from other than Andhra Pradesh were not appearing online at the registration offices while they need to obtain e-KYC (Know Your Customer) from Mee Seva franchise.
The executants from other states need to get e-KYC for making registrations at the sub registrar offices. The service makes e-KYC instantaneous, totally secure and paperless while enhancing privacy of data.
Based on the Aadhaar Number only the operator can authenticate with the help of biometric readers. If the mobile number is registered with the Aadhaar Number, the citizen receives an OTP (One Time Password) to his/her registered mobile number.
