Shah Rukh-Kajol to release 'Gerua' at Maratha Mandir

Mumbai: Rohit Shetty’s ‘Dilwale’ trailer was released with much noise on social media on November 9 in the presence of the entire star cast. The film that has a huge star cast that includes Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Boman Irani, Sanjay Mishra, Varun Sharma, Kabir Bedi, Johnny Lever, Vinod Khanna and Nawab Shah is all set to release on December 18.

Rohit and his team are all to release ‘Gerua’, a song that shows the most lovable on-screen couple SRK-Kajol today. Love for Shah Rukh and Kajol began when they turned Raj and Simran on screen with 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge'. Twenty years later, the film is still running at Mumbai’s Maratha Mandir. And with 'Dilwale', SRK and Kajol are returning to the place where it all began. They will be releasing the much-anticipated number at the same theatre today evening, where DDLJ is still running to packed houses.

The much-talked about song has nothing to do with what the pair has done in the past and there has be no attempt to recreate any thing. Farah Khan choreographed the song and it was shot in Iceland in extreme weather conditions. While the response to 'Dilwale' trailer was tremendous across social media, looks like it is only going to get bigger with something new.
