It is official now! Ace Bala, known for his path breaking flicks is all set to launch a multi-starrer film, which has heroes like Arya, Vishal and the likes of Arvind Swamy, Rana Daggubati and Atharvaa playing the leads. Interestingly, Arya and Vishal teamed up for Bala’s Avan Ivan and Atharvaa did Paradesi with the National Award winner. Despite the fact that Bala is known for being a hard taskmaster, the heroes who had collaborated with him earlier would without any hesitation jump at the offer of working with him again.
The mega venture is expected to go on floors early next year. Though there’s no official confirmation on the script, insiders reveal that Bala might consider directing the subject on Kuttra Parambarai, which is all about the survival of a dying race in pre-independent India. It is known that Kuttra… was a pet subject of biggies like Kamal Haasan and Bharathiraja.
Presently, Bala is busy with the postproduction of his Thaarai Thappattai, which features Sasikumar and Varalaxmi and is maestro Ilaiyaraaja’s 1000th film as a composer.
