Warangal will be second capital of Telangana, says BJP
Bhupalpally (Warangal): The central government would develop Warangal as the second capital of Telangana and it could be made possible only if people elect BJP candidate as the MP here, said Union minister Hansraj Gangaram Ahir.
Listing out the development works of the BJP government in a public meeting here on Sunday, he said the central government is committed to the development of Telangana and Warangal has already been included in development schemes like Smart City mission, HRIDAY, AMRUT among others.
The Union minister said the BJP fielded an educated and able person who has already proved himself in life.
“If Dr Devaiah is elected, it would pave the way for faster development of Telangana and Warangal in particular,” he said.
Mr Ahir also announced the introduction of two trains connecting Telangana state, one from Kazipet to Mumbai and another to Wardha which he said would be initiated after the byelection.
BJP state president G. Kishan Reddy said the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has no respect for women which can be reflected in the fact that he did not include even a single woman in his Cabinet. He asked people to think who is betraying them and vote wisely.
Minister Bandaru Dattatreya, TDLP leader E. Dayakar Rao, TD leaders A. Revanth Reddy, G. Mohan Rao, Motkupalli Narasimhulu and others took part in the meeting.
