Paris attacks may impact Bollywood, can 'further polarize film industry'
Mumbai: The ghastly terror attack on Paris have further polarized Bollywood, not between two communities but between elements in the film industry who would be arguing for and against the presence of Pakistani artistes in Bollywood.
According to sources in the industry the Parisian carnage will further polarize the film industry among those who think Pakistani artistes should be allowed and not allowed to work in Bollywood.
According to well informed sources moves are afoot to further curtail movement of Pakistani actors in Bollywood.
“The attacks in Paris has further strengthened the no-Pakistanis lobby in Bollywood. Artistes signed to be part of Bollywood films may be asked to return their signing amounts. We should not allow actors into Bollywood until Pakistan ceases to harbor terror elements ,” says the source.
Karan Johar recently shot with two Pakistani artistes Fawad Khan and Imran Abbas for Ae Dil Hai Mushkil . Both the Pakistani actors have been asked to stay out of Mumbai by a political organization.
