Mumbai: Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh had hinted recently during a Twitter banter with veteran India off-spinner Harbhajan Singh that he would try to 'play straight' after Diwali. Yuvi has just done that and and broken a few million hearts.

According to media reports, Yuvi and his longtime girlfriend Hazel Keech, who has frequently hinted about marriage plans, got engaged in a private ceremony in Bali on Wednesday.

Yuvraj has been dating Hazel for a while, but their relationship was pretty hush-hush. The couple were spotted during spinner Harbhajan Singh’s wedding reception, and if reports are to be believed, Yuvraj is planning to tie the knot early next year. As per reports, the couple will have a traditional ceremony at the Hansaliwale Gurdwara in District Fatehgarh Sahib near Chandigarh.
Yuvraj is a well-known personality in India, specially after being part of Team India World Cup winning squad in 2011. Hazel on the other hand also has attracted the spotlight but not as much as compared to Yuvi.

Born to a British father and a Mauritian mother, Hazel came to India from London in 2005 for a holiday. She was just 18 then but several modelling offers convinced her to stay.
She is trained in both classical and western dance forms and knows how to surf as well. Besides being part of reality TV shows such as Bigg Boss 7 in 2013, Hazel has also featured in Bollywood films although her first role was actually in a Tamil film titled Billa in 2007.
