Watch: Virat Kohli, Team India wish everyone a Happy Diwali

On the occasion of the festival of lights, Team India’s Test skipper was in a festive mood

Mumbai: With the festival of lights Diwali round the corner, Indian Cricket Team’s Test skipper Virat Kohli took the opportunity to wish everyone on the occasion.

In a video posted by the BCCI on its Facebook page recently, Kohli, who achieved success winning his first Test as skipper on home soil against South Africa in the ongoing four-match Test series said, “Hello everyone, just wanna wish you a very, very happy Diwali. May this Diwali bring a lot of prosperity into everyone’s house.”

The second Test will be played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on November 14 and Kohli and the boys will surely have a psychological edge going into the next match with a crucial 1-0 lead.

Indian cricket team members Ajinkya Rahane, Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Murali Vijay, Ravichandran Ashwin and Bhuvneshwar Kumar along with Team Director Ravi Shastri also wished everyone on the festive occasion.
