Imran Tahir welcomes pressure of bowling in India
Mumbai: South African leg-spinner Imran Tahir has welcomed the pressure of bowling in Indian conditions, saying that he will give hundred percent in the remaining Tests of the four-match series against the hosts.
Speaking about his strategy, Tahir revealed that he tried to cope up with pressure in order to maximise his contribution towards his side, Sport24 reported.
The 36-year-old said that pressure is a part of international cricket and it had helped him to play well in the matches.
Tahir insisted that no matter which format he is playing, be it T20s, ODIs or Test matches, he has always tried to give his best for the country.
Tahir grabbed six wickets for 71 runs overall in South Africa's huge 108-run defeat in the first Test in Mohali. With the defeat, the visitors are currently trailing 0-1 in the series against India. The two sides will play their second Test from November 14 in Bangalore.
