Patna: What links Nitish Kumar and Narendra Modi even after the verdict is out in Bihar is Prashant Kishore, a former UN mission health expert in Africa, the strategist behind Modi’s Lok sabha and Kumar’s Assembly campaigns.
Mr Kishore advised Mr Kumar to launch ‘Parcha Pe Charcha’ (discussion over pamphlets) in which party workers were asked to distribute forms among people asking them about their feedback about Nitish Kumar. Har Ghar Dastak program was also designed by him.
Sources said, Mr Kishore was responsible for everything from hoarding designing to monitoring question-answer session on social media.
“Prashant defied the opposition at every step. He even advised Nitish when to tweet and when to remain silent,” one of senior JD (U) workers said.
