Hyderabad: Two UKG students accidentally drowned while playing near a lake at their village in Nalgonda on Sunday. G. Sidhu and B. Anand Kumar from Bhimla tanda in Bandamida Chandupatla village in Chivvemla mandal of Nalgonda district were studying UKG.
They were at home while their parents were working in the fields. Around noon, they went to the nearby lake to play. “While playing, they slipped from a stone and fell in the lake and drowned,” said the police.
When the parents started searching, a few locals informed them that they had seen the kids near the lake. When they went there they found the bodies floating in the water. A case under Section 174 has been registered and bodies have been given.
