Actor Vishal had Diwali releases for the last two consecutive years. Though he did not have one this year, it was a different kind of festival dhamaka for him. With the new responsibility of being Nadigar Sangam secretary, the actor in fact, is in a jubilant mood. “My first priority is the Sangam building, which will be ready in two years’ time. Next comes my wedding,” he says when we ask about when he’s getting hitched. He adds, definitely that would be a love marriage too! Prod him more, asking if it would be an actress (hinting at Varu, with whom he is rumoured to be in a relationship), and he says, “Why not? Anything wrong in getting married to an actress?”
With his newfound popularity, we ask him if he would enter politics? He categorically denies this, saying that he does not have any inclination to join in a political fray in the forthcoming assembly elections. He also said that his next, Kathakali with Pandiraj is scheduled for this coming Pongal.
