Hyderabad: A Class X student at Jesus Shine High School in Attapur died under suspicious circumstances on Thursday. Aamir fell on the ground while playing in the classroom during lunch hour, injuring his head and then collapsed. He died while under treatment. Parents and relatives staged a protest in front of the school and damaged furniture. Md Aamir, 15, was the elder son of Md Rafeeq, a construction worker who lived in Khajanagar area of Attapur along with family.
Thursday, during lunch break, Aamir along with a few friends started playing in the classroom. They took turns to hang themselves from the loft in the classroom, and started doing pull-ups. He accidentally slipped his hands and fell on the floor. He suffered a heady injury and vomited in the classroom. The school management informed the parents and the boy was hospitalised.
