Sarika death case: Doctors need time to find death cause
The complete report is expected after about 15 days as it is a complex case
WARANGAL: The doctor conducting post-mortem on Sarika and her children said it would take some more time to establish the cause of death.
Hanamkonda ACP Shobhan Kumar said they are waiting for the revenue panchnama report, post-mortem and forensic reports before establishing if it was suicide or murder.
“We need to examine all the reports and establish the cause of death within two or three days,” he said.
Sarika, son bones broken
Forensic experts who conducted post-mortems on Sarika and her children said that Sarika and two of her children’s bones were broken. The post-mortem was conducted at the MGM Hospital on Thursday by a team lead by Dr Nagamohan.
However, the complete report is expected after about 15 days as it is a complex case. “The legs of Abhinav and Sriyan were also broken and the chests of all were filled with smoke. This happens only when smoke is inhaled by a person when they are still alive,” the doctor said.
