Mohali: India’s Test skipper Virat Kohli would have loved a solid start from Shikhar Dhawan in the first Test against South Africa in Mohali on Thursday.
The skipper though was made to smile by his teammates as he turned a year older on Thursday. The likes of Ajinkya Rahane, R Ashwin and Murali vika Team Director Ravi Shastri wished Virat Kohli ‘Happy Birthday’ on the eve of the first game via a video message.
Dhawan, who could not offer much with the bat in the first innings of the Test, termed Virat as his inspiration and someone he alongside other would look upto.
