Actor Sivakarthikeyan’s yet-to-be-titled flick starring Keerthi Suresh, started rolling with a song shoot in Chennai recently. Touted to be a romantic comedy and directed by Bagyaraj Kannan, a former associate of Sundar C and Atlee, the film has PC Sreeram cranking the camera, Raju Sundaram on choreography and Anirudh Ravichander composing music.
Rumours are abuzz that Sivakarthikeyan is expected to appear in several scenes as a woman, the other two looks being those of an old man and a modern youngster. This is the first time the actor is undergoing so many changes in his get-up for a film. The movie is also loaded with the names of bigwig technicians from the industry such as Antony L Ruben on editing, Oscar winner Resool Pookutty on sound and Sean Foot (WETA) handling the special effects and makeup.
Produced by 24 AM Studios, art direction is by T Muthuraj. Keerthy Suresh and Sivakarthikeyan had earlier been paired together for Ponram’s Rajani Murugan, which is slated for release soon. Going by the buzz, this untitled flick will be the first big-budget film of the Kaaki Sattai actor. An excited Sivakarthikeyan took to Twitter and thanked his fans for support. “Started our new movie Shoot today. Thanx to all for ur kind wishes. Spl thanx to my bros & sisters for d common Dps, trend, love and support (sic).”
