You could now be a Panda nanny

Bifengxia Panda Base is a 988-acre panda sanctuary near Ya’an City in China

Completed in 2003, the Bifengxia Panda Base is a 988-acre panda sanctuary near Ya’an City, China that raises, breeds, and rescues giant pandas. There, the animals are trained to survive in the wild before they’re returned to their native habitat.

Last year, the Base sought caretakers for the fuzzy animals, offering individuals free lodging, meals, and an annual salary of $32,000 to “spend 365 days (a year) with the pandas and (share) in their joys and sorrows.”

Recently, organisers posted a video on YouTube depicting the Panda Daycare Nursery’s “nannies” in adorable action. They call it the “happiest job in the world”— and we would be hard-pressed to disagree.
