Bridal Cake $20 million: In 2006, Designer Nahid Parsa of La Patisserie Artistique created a cake work $20 million for the Luxury Bridal Show, California. What made this wedding cake a million-dollar confectionery masterpiece are the gold flakes at the base and the studded diamonds from top to bottom. The cake also had thick creamy white frosting covering the top and heavy ivory fondant covering the lower tiers. The middle tiers of the cake were coated with satin like ruffles and pastel flowers.

Luster Dust Cake $1.3 million: The ivory-fondant cake was the first-ever exhibited cake. It was on public view at the Dallas Bridal Fair. The 160-pound confectionery had silver dust on its curvy lines and 1,200 diamonds in every layer was created by Butch Stivers and team from Delicious Cakes. A single slice of this magnificent nine-tier wedding cake cost $3,125. It serves around 360 people.

National Gay Wedding Show for $52 million: In March, 2013, an English bakery named Chester created an eight-tiered cake for the National Gay wedding Show in Liverpool. Decorated with more than 4,000 diamonds, the cake was on public display during the show. The breathtaking creation weighed over 160 pounds, and served 320 people. The best thing during the show was guests were able to have a taste of the impressive creation at the end of the event.

Swarovski Crystal Cake for $32,000: Famous confectionery designer Ron Ben Israel designed a 6 feet 4 inches cake that had Swarovski crystals hanging from the top and the bottom of it. Over 4,000 crystals were studded on this five-tiered cake. He created his cake for the movie Sex and the City 2, and was nothing short of a masterpiece. The cake is purely made up of vanilla and white cloud. The cake took approximately 450 hours to make and was had by 485 guests.

Runway Cake for $75 million: Recently British designer Debbie Wingham created a six-foot-long cake based on the theme of a runway. This specially-crafted birthday-cum-engagement party cake was created for an Arab family using 4,000 diamonds, including a 5.2-carat pink diamond, a 6.4-carat yellow diamond and 15 five-carat white diamonds. Those 17 stones alone were worth more than $45 million. The runway alone consisted of 400 one-carat and 73 three-carat white diamonds, and 75 three-carat black diamonds. Debbie hand-crafted each piece and ensured every aspect of the cake was upto the mark.

The Faberge Egg for $35,000: British diamond merchant Carl Weininger brought a cake for his 60th birthday celebration shaped as a Faberge Egg. The cake has several layers, including champagne jelly, biscuit joconde and dark chocolate. It also includes gold leaves that can be eaten and the small surprise that is supposed to be in the center of the egg along with a two-carat diamond that is on top of a chocolate flower on the top of the cake. It is said that The Faberge Egg was originally created for the Russian Imperial family.
