Actor was on the sets of Comedy Nights with Kapil to promote his film with Sonam Kapoor

Despite the years that have passed since Salman and Katrina walked separate ways, the former may come across as the aggrieved party every now and then. It happened recently too, when the actor was on the sets of Comedy Nights with Kapil to promote his film with Sonam Kapoor.
According to an actor from the show, Salman was in a mischievous mood when he came to the sets. “They were doing a skit on Diwali, when Salman noticed a packet of fire crackers with Katrina Kaif’s picture on it. When that happened, he turned to Kapil and asked him how the picture served any purpose to the comedian. He insinuated that it didn’t serve any purpose to him either. Kapil and Salman then shared a laugh,” said the source.
According to a source from the sets, the channel is in two minds about airing this particular section and is contemplating editing out Salman’s remark about Katrina completely.
Adds the source, “Salman was here to promote a family film, so the comment seemed out of place. The channel may decide to edit it out. Katrina has, in the past, called up Salman when he has made uncharitable comments about her in public. But she has moved on since.”
