Panna: Madhya Pradesh animal husbandry minister Kusum Mehdele has stoked fresh controversy; she was captured on camera while kicking a minor boy who was down on his knees and was reportedly asking for help near her cavalcade in Panna on Sunday afternoon.
The minister’s men hit the small boy who is crouching on the ground, and Kusum Mehdele clad in a white saree, sporting sunglasses can be seen kicking the boy on his head. She then walks away to sit in her car, which is only inches away from the little boy.
A journalist who was present on the occasion said after the incident that they were unable to find the boy to ascertain what had occurred.
The incident has sparked outrage across quarters but the minister could not be contacted for her comments despite repeated attempts by the media.
