Transfer of tahsildars should have taken place before the announcement of elections but was delayed

Warrangal: Collector Vakati Karuna has issued orders transferring 25 tahsildars in the district on Friday in the wake of byelections for Warangal MP seat. The order issued by the collector named 25 tahsildars who are to be moved from their present places. The transfer of tahsildars should have taken place before the announcement of elections but was delayed. After the election notification was issued the collector wrote to the State Election Commission seeking permission for the transfers to take place.
