It was reported earlier that Dhanush would team up with Durai Senthilkumar for a movie. Shamili was roped in as the heroine, and speculation was rife that the film will have one more actress, as grapevine had it that the Maari star would essay a dual role for the first time in his career for this movie.
The latest is that the makers are planning to rope in Trisha too. If everything goes well, both actors will share the screen for the first time. Trisha has missed acting alongside Dhanush twice before in her career. The Nayaki actress was the first choice for the makers of national award-winning flick Aadukalam, which released five years ago. However, she couldn’t be a part of the film and Taapsee replaced her despite few scenes being shot with the former. The movie is expected to go on floors on November 20.
