Director Gautham Menon has appeared in a cameo for many of his films like Kaakha Kaakha, his last outing Yennai Arindhaal, etc. Now, the filmmaker who has carved a niche for himself, will be seen playing a crucial character in Mollywood film Jacobinte Swargarajyam which will star Nivin Pauly in the lead role.
Directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, son of veteran actor-filmmaker Sreenivasan, the movie is slated for a summer release. Interestingly, Vineeth is a huge fan of Gautham and was the screenplay writer for Oru Vadakkan Selfie, another Nivin-starrer, which released earlier this year. The movie had Nivin playing an aspiring filmmaker whose ambition was to join as an assistant to Gautham!
