Actor shared his happiness on the huge success of his dream debut
Mumbai: With thunderous response at the box office, Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 not only wooed the critics but also garnered the popularity amongst the audience. The film also raised fame to a known child actor who debuted with PKP2. Omkar Kapoor is flying high currently with all praises and applauses. On his birthday today, Omkar Kapoor gets chatty with DC. On the monstrous success of PKP2, actor said, “I can’t ask for a better birthday than this. It is like double dose of celebration. I have never thought of this kind of reaction for the film. I am elated that people love my character (Thakur) in the film.”
When asked about his birthday plans, Omkar said, “PKP 2 team had surprised me last night with a cake. My few friends have planned a surprise for me tonight. I am excited about it.” When asked the actor about how much life has changed post PKP2, he replied, “It’s an overwhelming experience when from 14 year to 50 year old turn to me and recognise me.”
Omkar revealed that he got several calls post the film release, “I am getting calls for work but I am waiting for the roles that interests me. I can assure that I am here to entertain people," he concluded.
