I didn’t lobby for post: Kagodu Thimmappa

SHIVAMOGGA: Questioned about his non inclusion in the expanded Ministry, Speaker Kagodu Thimmappa said it was left to the discretion of the Chief Minister. “It’s his decision on whom to induct. I have not lobbied to make me minister. Being a Speaker of Legislative Assembly I cannot comment anything on this topic. Some supporters might have spread rumours to you that I will get ministerial post.” Interestingly however Mr Thimmappa delivered a parting shot with “See what happens after three months.”
