Would you agree to take part in this medical trial for £750?

A research lab is not just hunting for volunteers to take part in its radical experiments but is even offering them a lot of money. But there’s one catch – you have to agree to getting injected with the dreaded Ebola virus.

Sounds crazy, right? Well, Hammersmith Medical Research seems pretty serious about it as it will be conducting clinical trials with the aim of finding out a vaccine for the dreaded disease which has killed thousands in West Africa. The organisers of the trial, which is to take place in London in November, are looking for volunteers between the ages of 18 and 65 to take part in the experiment.

The study will feature up to 12 outpatient visits and could take place over the course of a year, according to the Mirror.uk. The symptoms of the almost fatal disease include fever, sore throat, muscular pain and headaches. Patients also experience vomiting, diarrhoea and rash along malfunctioning of the liver and kidneys.
