This car is a complete extension for all social media devices and delivers versatile tools to share experiences on social media. The company pointed out that the modern generation constantly seek platforms, which they can use to communicate and share experiences in real time and the Teatro gives them that liberty.
Both the exterior and interior of the car sport a subtle and simple design and is open to customisation. The car is designed to respond to most needs of a casual user with basic functions such as scheduling and navigation.
Aditionally, the interior of the car is packed with features such as animators, games and, even programmed music creators. The car comes with integrated voice control and touch interface to re-imagine the dash panel and seats as screens. Nissan’s team said that the car is ‘a canvas for individual expression’.
#3 The Nissan IDS concept
Nissan also unveiled their new IDS concept featuring autonomous driving and artificial intelligence, which are two of the most sought out technologies of the modern age and more companies are constantly burning the candle at both ends to achieve self-drivable smart cars. However, Nissan has already made its mark with the IDS concept, which was among one of the eye-catchers in the Tokyo Motor Show.

The Nissan IDS includes a 60 Kilowatt-hour electric drive unit, carbon-fibre construction, and a sleek, aerodynamic design. The car produces no emissions and is extremely eco-friendly. Nissan indicated that these are some of the features they plan to incorporate in their future models.
This car also lays focus on another important challenge: how to enable autonomous cats to effectively communicate with pedestrians. As an apt answer to this challenge, Nissan has included a display screen in the dashboard of the IDS, which flashes interactive messages like “After you’ to pedestrians. Nissan has also incorporated several other LED light sensors to reach out to pedestrians.
The car features two modes—manual and piloted drive. The layout is quite similar to that of a regular car in the manual drive mode and in the piloted drive mode, the steering wheel retreats into the dashboard and a large flat screen comes out. Users can control functions through voice command or gestures. Additionally the car’s seats are arranged in a way to create the effect of a lounge. This concept truly defines what sports cars will become in the near future.
#4 The Toyota FCV Plus concept
Toyota’s FCV Plus is a concept hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle. The uniquely designed concept car resembles something that made its way out of a science-fiction movie. On a more serious note, the car is designed brilliantly and features a spacious cabin. It utilises wheel-mounted electric motors to make the cabin even more spacious.

The most important aspect of this car is its ability to serve as an emergency backup power source for buildings. When not in motion, the car can be used to generate electricity that can be used for non-automotive uses. Guess its time to move on from ‘old school’ generators and inverters.

With all these integrated digital components, this can surely become sports car for the twenty-second century.
