Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus gets new software update

Mumbai: Samsung has started rolling out a new software update for the recently launched Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. The new update will enhance battery life and call stability along with minor security improvements.

According to a report on SamMobile, the Samsung S6 Edge Plus update is currently available in Europe and India via over-the-air programming (OTA). The size of the update is roughly 138.14 MB and will be available in India with build number G928GDDU2AOJ5.

The update will enhance overall call stability, battery life, security options and other minor issues.

However, the most important aspect of the update is the increase in battery life. The S6 Edge Plus comes with good battery backup straight out of the box and enhancing it further will be beneficial for the users.
