Following his seniors in the industry, Hrithik Roshan is ready to take the plunge into television. He will host a show called HRX Heroes that will feature real-life heroes who’ve shown grit and gumption to challenge life’s hurdles. Sangram Singh, Sudha Chandran and Samar Khan are few of the people featured on the show.
It is widely known that Hrithik himself worked to overcoming a stammer. Speaking about more such hurdles he said, “My vision is my emotional strength. I used to sit and see how my life will be five years from now. I am thankful for the troubles I faced till now because had it not been for then, I wouldn’t be where I am.”
The actor said at the launch of the event on Friday that he hopes to do as many seasons of the show as possible. “I was deeply touched when I heard about the brave stories of some of the people on the show. I’ll be happy to do as many shows as possible. I want the show to have an impact on children especially.”
Samar Khan will be directing the show. About the concept, which some have compared to Amitabh Bachchan’s Aaj Ki Raat Hai Zindagi, she said, “This show talks about the achievers and their individual heroic stories. There is no competition at all.”
