Law and order must, says Chandrababu Naidu
CM also said that Andhra Pradesh is the second best state in India in ease of doing business
Vijayawada: Stressing the need for maintenance of law and order in the state to attract investors, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday said that police has to play a major role in the development of Andhra Pradesh.
Mr Naidu was addressing the gathering of policemen from across the state at the Police Commemoration Day observed in city on Wednesday. “We need to have financial resources and it can be generated through industries, ports and companies. Investors consider the law and order situation at a place before investing,” Mr Naidu said.
The CM also said that Andhra Pradesh is the second best state in India in ease of doing business. “If police work efficiently many dreams of the state can be turned into a reality. Police should also consider the poor and weaker sections in society and ensure they are given required support,” the CM added.
