Hyderabad: The new prisons complex constructed at the Central Prison Chanchalguda, Hyderabad is scheduled to be inaugurated on October 23 by deputy Chief Minister Md. Mahmood Ali and minister for home, prisons and fire services Nayini Narasimha Reddy.
The new complex comprises several enclosures having better amenities for prisoners. It has been constructed at the cost of around Rs 10 crore and would accommodate about 200 additional prisoners.
