The situation in the village Sanped, where the horrific crime took place, barely 35 km from the national capital, remained volatile through the day forcing chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar to postpone his visit to the affected area. Mr Khattar is likely to visit the village on Thursday.
The protesters were out on the streets as soon as the bodies of the deceased children brought to the village.
