Irrfan Khan walks out of an event when questioned about Nawazuddin

Mumbai: There has been talk of friction between Irrfan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui since their last outing together, 'The Lunchbox'. Nawazuddin is often compared with Irrfan Khan, as far as the acting chops are concerned, and he has termed these questions as 'irritating'. According to reports, their rivalry came to the fore at an award function when, while thanking his team and co-stars for his performance in the film, Nawaz didn’t mention Irrfan’s name.

Recently, when Nawaz was quizzed about the same, he simply said that it was unintentional and he has nothing against Irrfan. He even cleared the air by saying that they may not be the best of friends, but they are certainly not enemies.

However, when Irrfan was recently asked about his rivalry with Nawaz at a press conference, the actor walked out without answering the question. Irrfan refused to comment on the rivalry.
