LG G4 to be world's first to get Android Marshmallow 6.0 update
The upgrades will start from Poland, and then to users in Europe, Asia and the Americas
Starting this week, Android smartphones will begin to receive the latest Android v6.0 update, and LG G4 will be getting it the first in the world. The upgrades will start from Poland and eventually will then be rolled out to users in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
LG manufacturing one of the two Google Nexus of the year, could be the reason the LG flagship is receiving the upgrade the first.
Among various other features that will come in with latest Android Marshmallow upgrade, the new operating system will feature much more simplified permissions and a doze mode, that shuts down the background processing of certain apps when the phone’s not being used, which would be a great way of saving the battery to drain out fast.
