Arun Vijay, who was filming his debut Sandalwood flick Chakravyuha, sustained an injury to his face during the shooting of the film. The actor tweeted about this, and posted a report on his medical condition received from the hospital. He said, “Beneath da glasses... 2 fractured nasal bones, a bruised eye & cheek.. accident at Chakravyuha shoot... Extreme pain (sic).” According to a source, the Yennai Arindhaal actor has been advised to rest for around 10 days, and will resume shooting after that. The actor, who is known for being involved in daring stunt sequences, has met with injuries in the past too. We hear that the film, which has Puneet Rajkumar playing the lead, is in the final leg of shooting. Saravanan who directed the Jai-starrer Valiyavan, which released earlier this year, is wielding the megaphone for this action movie.
However, Arun attended the Nadigar Sangam elections, which took place on Sunday. His debut vehicle in Telugu Bruce Lee, released in Tamil and Telugu recently. He is also awaiting the release of his long pending project Vaa which has him romancing Karthika Nair.
