Hyderabad: Working together for the Durga Puja festivities, Hindu and Muslim artists of the city prove that love lies at the heart of all religions.

A Muslim designer recently designed a puja pandal at Hitec City and the Bengali community is more than happy.
“The entire elaborate set for the idol last year too was made by one of our Muslim friends. She is a software professional and had made the set alone using thermocol,” adds Mr Adi, member of the Utsab Cultural Association.
“The artist who gave the final touches to the Durga Idol was a Muslim. There has never been an issue,” said Manish Neogi, executive member of the Hyderabad Charkaman Bengali Samiti.
“We have had no issues whatsoever. We are in fact happy to work together as long as the people are happy with the final output,” said Mr Ahmed (name changed), a Muslim artist from the city.
