Telangana state government on Friday signed two MoUs with Chinese major Sany Group
Hyderabad: Telangana state government on Friday signed two MoUs with Chinese major Sany Group. The first MoU for establishing a Prefab concrete manufacturing factory has been signed by Sany Group represented by Haijen Deng, Secretary of Sany International Housing and M. Dhana Kishore, secretary, housing department.
Another MoU on setting up dry port solutions was signed by Jayesh Ranjan, secretary, industries and commerce and Wengen Liang, chairman of the port of Sany Heavy Industry. A high-powered delegation from China consisting of Chinese companies led by Sany Group of Companies had a joint meeting for cooperation on development of TS with the state government at Falaknuma Palace.
Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, who attended the meeting, conveyed his thanks to the visiting delegates for coming forward to invest in the state. Mr Rao explained to them the new industrial policy and about various welfare measures taken by the government for the benefit of the poor . The 45-member delegation consisted of investors, Infrastructure Corporation Heads, Heads of construction corporations and others.
Sany Group has total assets of $18 billion and branches in 100 countries across the globe. It has its presence in manufacturing and Research and Development facilities in India also.
