FIR filed against Ranveer Singh and Sanjay Leela Bhansali in alleged assault case

Troubles are not yet over for the director and actor of Bajirao Mastani
Mumbai: The shooting of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next directorial ‘Bajirao Mastani’, starring Ranveer Singh, in Pune saw a road block post an advocate was allegedly assaulted by security guards present on the sets of the film. Later advocate Wajid Khan filed a police complaint against director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and lead actor Ranveer Singh.
According to Wajid Khan statements, he was on his way to the Rajwada in Bhor to attend a programme when Sanjay Leela Bhansali stopped him and further Ranveer Singh too asked the security guards to him out of the shooting area.
A complaint has been lodged under charges of sections 323, 504 and 506 of IPC. Team ‘Bajirao Mastani’ is yet to officially react on the issue. 'Bajirao Mastani' also stars Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra in the leads.
