Micromax, the Indian smartphone manufacturer is suddenly in the limelight with YU. The technology brand YU is a brain child of Micromax and is planning big to create an ecosystem of connected devices. They claim to ‘provide an extraordinary product experience while offering differentiated services that delight the consumer’. With the launch of the latest YU smartphone and health products, it seems like there is no stopping the Indian tech giant ahead.
YU YUTOPIA, from YU Televentures, has been announced by founder Rahul Sharma to be one of the most powerful smartphone on the planet. He tweeted a few days back on his social handle that they are building the ‘most powerful phone on the planet’ and the product is presently in a final stage of completion.

As for reports by various media watchers, the smartphone would sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset with 4GB of RAM and a 5.2-inch full HD display with a heavily tweaked CyanogenMod Lollipop-based operating system. The smartphone is also tipped to be priced at around Rs 20,000, and will feature 4G, dual SIM and expandable storage options. As for now, the specifications and pricing are just leaks and not confirmed by Micromax.
