A worker at Fiat factory was sacked for watching porn during his lunch break.
However, the Italy’s highest court ruled that a worker shouldn’t be sacked for watching porn during their meal break.
It also said that the company was wrong to sack the worker and is allowed to spend his lunch break however he wanted.
This ruling finally ends the five-year legal battle of this man.
In 2008, he was caught watching the hardcore DVD on his laptop at the factory.
