Hyderabad Police get specialised teams to gather clues

Hyderabad: Telangana Director General of Police Anurag Sharma on Thursday launched 17 dedicated teams that will assist in crime scene preservation and gather vital clues.

The Scientific Clues Teams will assist the city police in securing crime scene and gathering vital clues that would help in solving cases, he said.

Each sub-division of the police has been provided with a vehicle fitted with scientific gadgets for processing crime scene and officials with expertise in forensic science, he added.
