A woman passenger gave birth to a baby on board during a Los Angeles-bound China Airlines flight .
As per reports she went into unexpected labour and a doctor who was traveling along helped her with the delivery.
The crew helped the doctor as well in the procedure. She gave birth to a premature baby girl at 30,000 feet.
The woman is from Taiwan and she reported to the Chinese Airlines staff when her water broke.
The captian of the flight made an emergency landing at the Ted Stevens International Airport, Anchorage, US.
Both the mother and the baby were then taken to the hospital and are at good condition.
