Here’s good news for Ajith fans, who have been eagerly waiting for Vedhalam’s songs. The audio of the film will be out on October 16, which also happens to be its music director Anirudh’s birthday. The news has been confirmed by the young music composer himself on his micro blogging page. “Get ready to dance to the songs of Vedhalam from my birthday. Vedhalam album on Oct 16. Therikka Vidalama! (sic),” Anirudh wrote on Twitter.
According to a source, the team is currently busy with the last leg of shooting, and we also hear that the post production is on full swing. Recently, the film’s 45-second teaser was released, which gave us a glimpse of Ajith’s character. An action oriented movie directed by ‘Siruthai’ Siva, it has Shruti Haasan teaming up with Ajith for the first time, while Lakshmi Menon plays the latter’s sister. Kabir Duhan Singh and Rahul Dev will be seen essaying the baddies. The film, according to the source, is scheduled for a Diwali release.
