Though Simbu’s film Kaan with Selvaraghavan has been put on the back burner, it seems like the actor is determined to give his best. The grapevine has it that the Osthe star who was shooting for Gautham’s bilingual romantic tale Acham Yenbathu Madamaiyada, was advised to take rest by doctors following a bug bite. However, we hear that the unperturbed star insisted on continuing the shoot. A source says that the crew was shooting a song sequence and that Simbu had shaken a leg for it.
