Games to watch out for!

2015 has been a great year for video games

2015 has been a great year for video games. This year alone, we have seen the horrors of Bloodborne, the exciting open world of The Witcher 3, cars meeting football in Rocket League and the mechanically perfect Metal Gear Solid V. As the year comes to a close, we look at the top five games we cannot wait to play this year.

Halo 5 Guardians
The first true “next gen” Halo game is just weeks away and everything Microsoft has shown so far has been exactly what fans needed. A focus on frame rate and esports, with a lengthy campaign and an emotional story, Halo 5 is shaping up to be the best game in the series after 2007’s Halo 3. The game will launch on October 27, 2015.
Star Wars Battlefront
With the release of the first Star Wars sequel in three decades, EA plans to please both casual and core fans with Battlefront. A franchise that was on hiatus, Battlefront has resurfaced at exactly the right time. The technical achievement alone makes it worth playing. Battlefront will release on November 19, 2015.
Fallout 4
Bethesda is known for their massive open world RPGs and Fallout 4 continues that tradition. Key new elements include a fully-voiced protagonist and a base building system. Fallout 4 promises more of the same but that is in no way a bad thing. Fallout 4 will launch on November 10, 2015.
Rainbow Six Siege
This game plans to bring back the tactical nature of shooters from the past. All combatants have their roles with unique tasks, perks and abilities. Unlike most other shooters, communication and teamwork are required to achieve any sort of success. Rainbow Six Siege launches on December 1, 2015.
Just Cause 3
There have been way too many open world games already in this generation, but thanks to its focus on maneuverability and explosive action, Just Cause 3 offers a unique, chaotic sandbox experience. Just Cause 3 will launch on December 1, 2015.
