Mumbai: LG Electronics officially unveiled the Nexus 5X on Tuesday, its third Nexus device in collaboration with Google. The Nexus 5X features Android 6.0 Marshmallow, delivering good performance, great imaging and enhanced security. It also delivers the best of Google and LG know-how in a single package.
The LG Nexus 5X sports a 5.2-inch full 423ppi HD IPS display with advanced In-Cell Touch technology that enables faster recognition; better outdoor visibility and crisper images. Powered by a Qalucomm Snapdragon 808 processor, the Nexus 5X delivers enough muscle to perform multiple tasks effortlessly. It is one of the very few phones that will feature a Type-C USB port.
The Nexus 5X is equipped with a 12.3MP rear camera and a 5MP front shooter. The device is claimed to click high quality images in both bright and low light conditions. The smartphone is also capable of capturing 4K and slow-motion videos, making it a very handy multimedia device.
Nexus Imprint is a fingerprint scanner, which makes the device extremely secure. The handset will be available on Google Store and LG’s local retail outlets. It is priced at Rs 31,990 (16GB) and RS 35,990 (32GB).
