Allu Arjun contradicts Dasari yet again
After veteran director Dasari Narayana Rao criticised the producers of upcoming big films for not giving at least two weeks to Rudhramadevi before releasing their own films, a few distributors and exhibitors have planned to meet Chiranjeevi and request him to postpone his son Ram Charan’s film Bruce Lee, slated for an October 16 release.
However, Allu Arjun, who played an important role in Rudhramadevi, supported his cousin Charan and said that it was unfair to blame the producers of the film.
“It is unfair to blame the producers of Bruce Lee for not moving the release date by a week. They had announced long ago that their release date was October 16. Rudhramadevi was supposed to release on September 4, which they could not for many reasons. Knowing the release date for Bruce Lee, the producer of Rudhramadevi released it on October 9 with a hope that both films could run simultaneously. It is unfair for anyone to blame Bruce Lee for overlapping,” tweeted Allu Arjun.
This is the not the first time that Allu Arjun has reacted to Dasari’s comments. Earlier, Dasari had not mentioned Chiranjeevi’s name at the audio function of Allu Arjun’s S/O Satyamurthy and the actor had later said that it was wrong to not name Chiranjeevi as one of the pillars of the industry.
