Priyanka Chopra bids sad goodbye to 'Bajirao Mastani' sets after wrapping shoot

Mumbai: After months of shooting and shuffling between sets, Priyanka Chopra has finally wrapped up shooting for Sanjay Leela Bansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’. The periodic drama will see the star play Kashibai, Peshwa Bajirao’s first wife. Priyanka shared a picture of herself in simple lavender saree, from the beautiful sets in Wai, on the banks of the river Krishna in Maharashtra.

Priyanka was shooting her final scenes with her on-screen husband Ranveer Singh. Deepika on the other hand will begin a 10-day shoot at the Wai palace in Pune. With filming finally done, the actress will head back to America to shoot for her television show ‘Quantico’.

‘Bajirao Mastani’ is just two months away from it’s big release. The periodic film that is based on the life of the Maratha Peshwa will take on Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol’s ‘Dilwale’ at the box office on December 18.
