Raghava Lawrence to play a corrupt IPS officer

After tasting huge success with his horror series Kanchana, Raghava Lawrence recently announced two films — Motta Shiva Ketta Shiva with Kajal Agarwal as his heroine, and the other titled Naga with a king cobra as the central character. Now, it seems the choreographer-turned-actor wants more time to work on his scripts. He has resolved to act in a quick project, which is being produced by RB Choudhary, and Lawrence is restricting himself to acting, as Sai Ramani who earlier helmed the Jiiva-starrer Singam Puli is directing the movie.

A remake of Tollywood film Pataas that received good response, Lawrence would reprise Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s role in the original. Apparently, Lawrence will be also seen in khaki as a corrupt IPS officer in the film. All other details including the two lead heroines and technicians are being worked out.
