A lunch for the newbies

The Telugu film industry is currently going through a great phase with big films like Baahubali and Srimanthudu being superhits, and even small-budget films like Bhale Bhale Mogadivoy, Cinema Choopista Mava and Subramanyam For Sale doing exceptionally well.

Recently, while interacting with the media, Allu Arjun said that he was happy with the way things were going in the industry and added that some more good films were on their way.

“The promos of Kanche look interesting, there are also some more films,” he said, specially mentioning actor Nikhil, who has been doing out-of-the-box films and has been trying new stuff.

Allu Arjun and Rana Daggubati are, in fact, hosting a lunch on Sunday where they have invited young actors like Nani, Nikhil, Naga Chaitanya and a few others.

Ram Charan too may attend the lunch, which will be held at Rana’s residence. “This is a first. Big actors wanting to interact with upcoming stars and encouraging their talent. This is also a good gesture from Rana and Bunny and hope others will do the same,” says an actor, who will be attending the lunch.

He adds that they are excited about meeting Allu Arjun as he is an inspiration for many.
