Our khabrus in B-town report that Salman Khan has been ignoring Boney Kapoor’s calls. The reason? Apparently, the superstar is still miffed about Arjun Kapoor’s involvement in the infamous AIB Knockout Roast, in which Salman’s sister Arpita Khan was the butt of a few jokes.
It’s an open secret that Salman had reportedly called up the AIB team and asked them to remove the references to Arpita from the Knockout video made available online. Now, it seems that Salman isn’t ready to forgive and forget for he has stopped answering Arjun’s father Boney’s calls ever since.
It was just a little while before the Roast that Salman had met director Anees Bazmee and (producer) Boney to discuss the sequel to No Entry. Salman was said to have loved its script. But after those discussions, he is yet to allot dates for the project.
A source connected to the film told us that the work on the No Entry sequel is already on and that it is just Salman’s dates that are awaited. “Salman was ignoring Boney’s calls for a while because he was very upset with what happened in the AIB Roast. But now work on the film is on in full swing,” our source added. Boney remained unavailable for comment.
